Bonnie M. Clarke is a Family Support & House Navigator at the Ronald McDonald House New England in Providence, Rhode Island, and a Licensed Substance Use Counselor with a strong background in behavioral health, housing, and reentry services. In her current role, she supports families navigating medical crises by providing compassionate care, resource coordination, and a stable, welcoming environment during times of need. She continues to apply a trauma-informed, client-centered approach in her work with individuals and families.
Previously, Bonnie served as a Prison Education and Transition Coordinator with College Unbound at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections, where she led reentry planning efforts and supported incarcerated students in pursuing higher education. Her experience also includes roles with United Way of Rhode Island, Rhode Island Hospital, and Crossroads RI, where she worked in housing stabilization, program development, grant evaluation, and case management. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island and is completing her Master of Public Administration at Roger Williams University (May 2026). Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, public service, and improving outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Her hobbies are traveling, spending time with family and friends and attending the theatre (Broadway plays)
