Joan joined Ronald McDonald House New England in June of 2004 as the Administrative Assistant and in 2009 she transitioned to the Office Manager. Over the years she has provided support to the Operations, Advancement and Financial departments. In 2021, Accounting and HR Administration were added to her role. In March of 2025 she semi-retired and continues to work 20 hours per week in accounting.
Joan volunteers at her church as the Treasurer’s Assistant, participates in the Hospitality Ministry and leads the Greeter’s Ministry.
Joan comes from a large family, has 2 children, 5 grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys reading and doing puzzles in her spare time.
