Emma joined Ronald McDonald House New England in April 2025 as the Administrative Coordinator. In this role, she supports the Operations, Advancement, and Finance teams, helping ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently to serve families better. Prior to joining Ronald McDonald House New England, Emma served as Client Concierge at McCarthy Law, where she welcomed clients and created a supportive, positive experience. She also brings a strong background in nonprofit volunteerism, driven by her passion for giving back to the community.
Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2024. As a Rhode Island native, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, playing golf, and cheering on Boston sports teams.
