Joanna has been a member of the Operations Team in Providence since 2013 and is currently the Director of Operations. Joanna has worked in nonprofit management and volunteer recruitment for over 27 years. In addition, she has significant work in family centered care and crisis intervention. She has advanced studies in Public Administration along with a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University.
Joanna and her husband are longtime residents of Providence. Their son is an engineering student at Syracuse University – orange is their favorite color….Go ‘Cuse!
