Olivia first joined the Ronald McDonald House Boston in 2018 as a part-time Volunteer Coordinator while completing her senior year at Suffolk University. In 2019, she was promoted to Volunteer Manager where she managed volunteer efforts and fostered community engagement. During this time, Olivia pursued her Master’s degree in Child Life and Family Centered Care at Boston University, deepening her understanding of the unique needs of families in crisis.
After earning her degree, she spent over two years as a Child Life Specialist at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she provided critical support to families navigating challenging healthcare experiences. Olivia has now returned to Ronald McDonald House Boston as Director of Family Services. In this role, she is committed to enhancing the support and resources available to families during their most difficult times, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, experimenting with new recipes, and binging the latest Netflix series.
