Molly joined the Ronald McDonald House New England team in October 2025 as the Director of Special Events and Corporate Partnerships. In her role, she leads fundraising events and builds corporate partnerships that help support families staying in both houses in RI and MA.
Prior to joining Ronald McDonald House New England, Molly spent three years at Hill House Boston, most recently as the Development and Events Manager, where she worked across fundraising, events, marketing, and operations. She brings a relationship-driven approach to her work and is passionate about connecting people and partners to mission-driven organizations.
Molly holds a BA in Peace, Justice, and Human Rights from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University. Originally from New York, she now calls Boston home and—much to her family’s dismay—has fully embraced the city by cheering on the Celtics, getting lost in a good book, and seeking out the best local coffee shops.
